Four lines, each doing something different. Prices sit on the live menu rather than here, because they move with every drop and a stale number helps nobody.
Elusive is a small flower label and its presence at Evergreen is two eighths: Cocoa Berriez and Crystal Pomeloz.
That is the whole thing, and we would rather say so at the top than let you drive over expecting a range.
Two cuts, both 3.5g, both indoor. The naming is exotic-market standard, which tells you the shelf this sits on rather than anything about how it smokes.
Small labels appear and disappear from any dispensary faster than large ones do. If one of these two suits you, buy it when you see it rather than planning around a restock.
Small-batch exotic flower carries a premium and it is worth being clear about what that premium buys.
Some of it is real: a small grower running two cuts is giving each one more attention than a large operation running twenty, and indoor growing costs what it costs regardless of scale.
Some of it is scarcity, which is not the same as quality. A limited release can be excellent or it can be ordinary flower in better packaging, and from outside the jar those look identical.
The only things that separate them are the bud in front of you, the lab panel and the packaged-on date. That is true of this label, of the expensive labels next to it, and of us. Judge the jar rather than the name, and be slightly more skeptical of exotic packaging rather than less, because loud packaging is the cheapest thing in cannabis to produce.
Two eighths. No other sizes, no other formats.
Cocoa Berriez and Crystal Pomeloz, both 3.5g.
There are no pre-rolls, no vapes, no edibles and no concentrates under this label at Evergreen, and no way to sample either cut in a smaller format before buying.
If you want the same exotic character with more choice, Teds Budz runs ten 3.5g cuts on our shelf. If you want to test a cut cheaply before committing, Wizard Trees rolls pre-rolls from the same flower it jars. If you want to buy something you like in quantity, CAM and West Coast Cure both run larger sizes.
Cocoa Berriez and Crystal Pomeloz, both 3.5g. That is the current list.
Two options means the decision is quick, so spend the time on the jar rather than the choice.
Ask to see both. Put them next to each other. Good indoor flower looks frosted rather than dull and springs back rather than crumbling into dust. Comparing two jars from the same house at the counter tells you more than any description will.
Ask what each one smells like. The names give you nothing useful and the aroma gives you almost everything.
Cocoa Berriez reads sweeter and darker by name, Crystal Pomeloz brighter and more citrus. Those are guesses from the naming rather than promises, and how either lands depends on your tolerance and dose.
Ask for the packaged-on date before you pay a premium price.
Exotic flower has more aroma to lose, which means storage matters more rather than less.
Sealed glass, dark, room temperature. A cupboard, not a windowsill. Every time you open the jar you exchange the air inside, so open it less and for shorter.
No fridge and no freezer. Condensation is the fastest route from good flower to a mold problem, and frozen trichomes snap off the bud the moment it is handled.
A humidity pack at around 62% RH costs a couple of dollars and is worth several times that on a jar you paid a premium for.
Grind lightly and only what you are about to use.
We are a licensed Proposition 64 retailer on Edinger Avenue in Santa Ana. Both Elusive jars here came through licensed California distribution with a lab panel and a batch number.
Exotic packaging is copied more often than plain packaging, because the packaging is part of what people are paying for. An intact batch number and a licensed dispensary receipt are how you rule that out, and that check applies to us as much as to anyone.
Ask when it landed. With a two-SKU label, jars can sit longer between deliveries than they would from a house that restocks weekly, and we would rather tell you than have you find out at home.
Our prices are out-the-door. We open at 6AM and deliver across Orange County.
The live menu shows what is physically in the store right now, with out-the-door pricing on every item.
