Premium indoor flower is priced on control, and it is worth knowing what that means before paying for it.
Growing indoors means light cycle, temperature and humidity are set rather than weathered. That control costs money in equipment and electricity before anything is harvested, and it is what produces dense bud that holds aroma weeks after packaging.
Hand-trimming is the other lever. It preserves more trichome coverage than machine-trimming, and trichomes carry both the aroma and the potency.
Here is the part worth carrying with you. A premium label on a jar is a claim, not evidence. The evidence is what the bud looks like in front of you, what the lab panel says, and when it was packaged. Those three checks work on every brand at every shop, and they are more reliable than any name on a package, including the names we sell.

West Coast Cure runs premium flower from 3.5g up to 28g.

No current FloraCal Farms strains at Evergreen. The live menu is the place to check whether that has changed.

Look at the jar before you pay. Good indoor flower reads frosted rather than dull, and the bud springs back rather than crumbling. A shop unwilling to show you the jar has told you something.
Ask when it was packaged. Flower loses aroma well before it loses potency, so a jar that sat in distribution can test perfectly and smoke flat. This is the single most useful question in a dispensary and almost nobody asks it.
Read the lab panel and confirm there is a traceable batch number. Every legal jar in California carries one.
Then check the shop itself. California runs a public license lookup and it takes under a minute on a phone. Search the number, match the address to where you are standing.
If you buy this brand somewhere else, treat it like any premium indoor flower.
Sealed glass, dark, room temperature. A cupboard rather than a windowsill. Every time you open the jar you exchange the air inside, so open it less and for shorter.
No fridge and no freezer. Condensation is the fastest route from good flower to a mold problem, and frozen trichomes shear off the moment the bud is handled.
A humidity pack at around 62% RH costs a couple of dollars and keeps flower from drying brittle or going damp.
Grind lightly and only what you are about to use. Over-grinding shears trichomes and costs you the aroma you paid the premium for.
You cannot buy FloraCal Farms from us today, and we are not going to imply otherwise.
