We are not carrying Royal Blunts at the moment, and there is a second thing worth clearing up straight away: this brand is not cannabis.
Royal Blunts makes wraps, cones and rolling accessories. There is no THC in any of it. If you came here expecting flower or a pre-roll, this is a different kind of product entirely.
We are saying that plainly because the brand sits in a dispensary’s brand list alongside labels that do contain cannabis, and that placement can mislead. Wraps and cones are what you roll cannabis in, not cannabis itself.

With rolling accessories you are paying for burn and for construction, and neither shows up on a lab panel.
A wrap or cone that burns unevenly ruins whatever you put in it. Paper weight, seam quality and how tightly a cone is pre-rolled all decide whether it runs straight or canoes down one side. That is the entire quality question in this category and it is judged by using it rather than by reading anything.
Because these are not cannabis products, they are not subject to California’s cannabis testing rules. There is no batch number to trace, no cannabinoid panel, no residual solvent result. That is not a scandal, it is just a different regulatory category.
It does mean the usual verification advice we give does not apply here, which is worth knowing rather than assuming the dispensary shelf implies dispensary-level testing.

Worth being clear about what we do and do not stock in this category. Evergreen is a dispensary rather than a smoke shop, so accessories are a small part of what we carry and rolling papers are not a core line.
What we do keep on the hardware side: Dime sells a 5th-gen 510 battery, and PUSHA sells a vape battery and a KINECT power bank. Those are the accessories we actually stock.
If what you want is something pre-rolled rather than something to roll with, we have a lot of it. Grasshoppers and PUFF run plain pre-rolls, Wizard Trees and LAX Packs roll from their own indoor flower, and Jeeter, Sluggers Hit and L.A. Family Farms run infused versions.
Strain names do not apply. Royal Blunts makes wraps and cones, which contain no cannabis.
If you are buying wraps or cones elsewhere, the things that matter are practical rather than regulatory.
Cones save you the rolling and are more consistent than most people’s hand-rolling. Wraps take skill and give you more control over how tightly it packs.
Check what the wrap is made of. Tobacco-leaf wraps contain nicotine, hemp wraps do not, and that distinction is not always obvious from the front of the packet. If you are avoiding nicotine, read the ingredients rather than assuming.
Buy the size that matches how much you actually smoke. An oversized cone half-filled burns badly.
None of this needs a dispensary. Smoke shops carry a far wider range of this category than we do.
Wraps and cones want to stay dry and flat.
Keep them sealed in their packet. A wrap that has dried out cracks when you roll it, and one that has taken on humidity goes limp and will not seal.
Keep cones somewhere they will not get crushed. A bent cone is a wasted cone, exactly like a bent pre-roll.
Room temperature, out of direct sun. Nothing exotic required.
If you are storing cannabis alongside them, keep the two separate. Flower wants around 62% humidity and papers want dry, and a humidity pack that is good for one is bad for the other.
You cannot buy Royal Blunts from us today, and for this category a smoke shop will serve you better than a dispensary will. That is not modesty, it is just what each kind of shop stocks.
