We say that plainly because this page ranks for the brand name, and a wasted drive helps nobody. Two carts is what is here. If you want one of the two specifically, the live menu or a phone call is faster than turning up hopeful.
Live resin is the thing worth knowing about the label. It means the oil was made from flower frozen fresh at harvest rather than dried and cured first, which is a different starting point from the distillate that fills most carts on any wall.
Live resin costs more than distillate for a reason that starts in the field.
Fresh-frozen material has to be harvested and frozen immediately, which means the grower gives up the option of selling it as flower. That decision is made before extraction begins and it is priced in from the start.
What survives the process is the aromatic fraction, the part that makes one strain smell unlike another. Distillate strips that out and adds flavor back afterwards. Live resin keeps the original.
The trade-off is consistency. Live resin varies batch to batch because the input is a harvest, not a formula, and it is less stable in heat than distillate. If you want a cart that behaves the same way every single time, Big Chief does that better and costs less. If you want the plant to taste like itself, this is the right end of the wall.

With a two-SKU brand, buy a second one if you find it works for you rather than assuming a restock. Small-label supply is unpredictable in both directions.

With two SKUs the real question is whether live resin is what you want, not which of the two.
Pie Mintz sits on the sweeter, dessert end of the flavor range. Alienz runs sharper and more gas-forward. Those are descriptions of taste rather than claims about effect, and how either lands depends on your tolerance and your dose.
Then check the panel. Every legal cartridge in California carries a lab result showing cannabinoid content and a batch number. On a live resin product it is also worth glancing at the terpene figure if one is printed, because that is most of what you are paying the premium for.

Live resin is more temperature-sensitive than distillate, so the usual cart advice matters more.
Store upright and at room temperature. Heat thins resin, and thin oil moves past the seal into the airway, which is the usual reason a good cart suddenly floods or spits. A hot car does this in an afternoon.
Do not refrigerate. Cold resin thickens and clogs, and the standard fix is running the coil hot to clear it, which burns off the aromatic compounds you paid extra for.
Draw slowly at the lowest setting your battery offers. Live resin punishes a hot, hard pull more obviously than distillate does, and it is the one cart type where technique changes the taste.
