The things
people ask.

ID rules, how much you are allowed to buy, what the law says about taking it home, and the practical business of getting in and out of the shop.

ID & entry

No. Anyone 21 or over can buy with a valid government photo ID. We are licensed for both adult-use and medicinal sales, so a state MMIC card is optional. It is worth carrying if you have one, because medical patients qualify for higher purchase limits and some discounts.

Yes. A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID from any US state works, as does a passport or a military ID. California residency is not required to buy cannabis here.

No. California law limits the sales floor to people 21 and over, or to medical patients 18 and over holding a valid MMIC card. That applies to everyone entering, including children and infants, so plan the trip accordingly.

No. The ID checked at pickup has to match the name on the order, so the person who placed it needs to collect it. The same rule applies at the door on a delivery.

Limits & law

California sets the limits, not us. Adult-use customers can buy up to 28.5 grams of cannabis flower and up to 8 grams of concentrated cannabis per day. Medical patients with a valid physician’s recommendation can buy more. The register enforces the limit automatically.

No. Consumption is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the lot and your vehicle. California only allows on-site consumption at businesses specifically licensed for it, and we are a retail licence.

No. Cannabis remains federally illegal, so crossing any state line with it is a federal offence regardless of the laws in the state you are heading to. That includes flying, and it includes states with their own legal markets.

Transport it in a sealed container and keep it out of reach of the driver, ideally in the trunk. An open container in the passenger area is a citable offence in California, the same way it is with alcohol.

Payment & returns

Yes, there is an ATM on site. We also accept cash, debit and credit at the register for both adult-use and medicinal purchases, so it is there as a convenience rather than a necessity.

All sales are final. California regulations sharply limit what a licensed retailer can accept back once it leaves the building. If something is defective, bring it and the receipt to the counter and we will work out what can be done with the brand.

Tipping is welcome but never expected, and it makes no difference to the service or the price you are quoted.

We run standing discounts rather than a points program: first-time pricing, a referral offer, and daily discounts for veterans, seniors and medical patients with disabilities. Those are all listed on the deals page.

Products & testing

Yes. Every product sold legally in California carries a certificate of analysis covering cannabinoid content and required safety testing. Ask a budtender for the COA on anything in the case and they will pull it up.

Yes. The shelf carries CBD tinctures, topicals and patches alongside THC products. Some are high-CBD with little or no THC, so tell the counter what ratio you are after.

Yes, we stock accessories including batteries for vape cartridges. Selection rotates, so call ahead if you need something specific.

Packaging carries a packaged-on or harvest date, and the COA carries a test date. Flower that has been on a shelf a long time loses aroma first. Ask what came in this week if freshness is your priority.

Visiting the store

Yes, the building and the sales floor are accessible, and parking sits in a flat lot directly out front.

Service animals are always welcome. For other pets, call the shop before you make the trip.

About five to ten minutes for a walk-in, less if you reserved online and are collecting at the counter. The busiest windows are late afternoon and the hour before close.

Call the shop at (714) 486-1806 before you come if that matters for your trip, since availability can change.

Nothing matched that. Try a shorter word, or ask the counter.
